If you have forgotten your Novaworld account password and have changed you email address your options are to either delete your account and create a new one using the new email address, or return the CD and Key Code to us.
On the Login screen at Novaworld select the option "If you don\'t have a NovaWorld login account, click here", and create a new account. When you go to activate the Key Code the Login server will indicate that the code is already in use by another account. Select the "If you wish to release this key, click here." to remove the old account that is using your code.
On the next page you will need to enter your Login Name, Password that you have just created and your Key Code.
Now login to Novaworld. You will again be prompted to enter your Login, password and the key code to verify that all of your information was correct. If all is okay you will returned to the Login page one last time for your official login into the Novaworld games.
If you are returning the CD and key code, please include a typed note explaining that you have forgotten your password and that your email address has changed, as well as your return address and your new email address.
We will then change your email address on our servers and return to you your CD and key code.
Once you have received the CD & key code login to Novaworld and click on the Forgot Password option. Then your password can be sent to your new email address.
