How do I recruit teammates?

Answer:
In order to recruit other players onto your team, open the Commander’s Map (by pressing V) and go to the “Team” tab. Once there, you can invite another player to follow you by pressing the check box under “Recruit” next to their name. They will receive a message saying that you want to recruit them. Once they have agreed to follow you, your name will appear under their “CO” column.
