How do I share waypoints I’ve made on the Commander’s Map with other teammates?

Answer:
Creating waypoints on the map can help organize teammates for more complex strategies. Other teammates will not see the player’s waypoints, however, unless the player is their Commanding Officer. This means that a player must recruit the teammates before they will be able to see the waypoints.
