Question:
I cannot connect to games on the server list, and I cannot see games that I know are up and running.

Answer:
Contact your ISP and ask them if they are using Page Caching on their server. If they are, ask them to enable access to http://208.231.90.35. Page Cache takes a copy of our NovaWorld game page. When you connect, you go to that copy page. The problem is the Page Cache page does not update. So as the NovaWorld and Public games pages refresh, adding and removing games, your ISP page stays as you first see it.
