I am having trouble burning a copy of the game CD for a backup.

Answer:
Since it is not a function of the product to create a backup of itself, it is not a product question we support. Although you are free to make a backup copy of the CD, we are not obliged to provide support for these types of requests. Our representatives are not trained nor expected to be fluent in the use of CD-Rom burners or their software. That truly is the responsibility of that manufacturer. If the manufacturer could not help you, then I suspect that your software/hardware combination cannot copy the CD.
