Question:
When I host a game on NovaWorld, the ping time for my server is listed as "Unknown".

Answer:
If you are hosting a game from behind a firewall or router, you must configure that device to respond to inbound ICMP or "Ping" requests. If this option is not enabled, players will see your server listed with an unknown ping time and will most likely be toward the bottom of their game list.
