I’ve been playing on NovaWorld, why aren’t my stats being recorded?

Answer:
Only Novalogic Stat Hosted Games will keep track of your player stats in the database. You can tell which games are stat hosted by looking for a green N where you normally see the country flag. Games showing the green N are NovaWorld games. The Stat hosted games will have a small S on the bottom right corner of the N. From time to time the status of these games will change, so be alert as to which games are labeled as stat hosted and take note of any server messages that appear while you are playing.

Also, be aware that your stats will not be updated on the player information page as soon as you log out of a game. It may be a delay of many minutes before the points acquired in your last game show up on the player information screen.
