Question:
I am getting an "1003 error" when trying to connect to NovaWorld. What is causing it?

Answer:
This error is caused when something on your connection to the Internet is caching older pages of our game servers. If you are using Norton Internet Security software you may need to disable it prior to starting the game. Also, go to the Blackhawk Down folder on the hard drive (C:\Program Files\Novalogic\Blackhawk Down) and open the Cache folder. Next click on Edit at the top of the screen and select "select all files". Then press Delete on the keyboard and delete these files from the folder. You now should be able to run the game and connect to Novaworld.
